Any activity conducted through your ph64 account is your responsibility unless you have notified ph64 of unauthorised access without undue delay.
ph64 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and Coins.ph. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph64 shall not be liable for:
ph64's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph64 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph64 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine regulatory authority.
You may close your ph64 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified remaining balance will be returned to your designated withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. Balances comprising unmet bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. ph64 operates under the regulatory jurisdiction of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or the dispute resolution procedures established by PAGCOR where applicable.
ph64 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a notice displayed prominently on the ph64 Platform. Continued use of ph64 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
